Description


This fine and impressive pair of antique gold cufflinks for men have been crafted in 18 ct yellow gold.


The links have an oval form, the anterior surface of each link is ornamented with a crisp engine turned decoration within a tooled border.


The reverse of each link is plain and umbellished.


These cufflinks are hallmarked to the reverse with the gold guarantee mark (crown), the 18 ct gold mark (18) , the Birmingham Assay Office hallmark (anchor), the date letter for 1921 (W) and the maker's mark for 'G H Johnstone & Co'.


The links articulate via a five link chain to the reverse, hallmarked to the centre link with the marks for 18 ct gold (crown 18).

These impressive antique gold cufflinks are fine quality ornamented with a sharp engline turned decoration.

The cufflinks are a very good gauge of gold and are in excellent condition with clear hallmarks to the reverse and chain.


Reflections in photographs may detract from the true representation of this fine example of antique jewellery/estate jewelry.
