These vintage military cufflinks have been crafted in 9 ct rose gold.

The cufflinks have a rectangular cut cornered form.

The surface of each link is embellished with a hot enamelled panel relating to the Royal Hampshire Regiment (The Tigers or The Stonewallers).

The surface of each anterior link is ornamented with a hot enamelled panel dipicting the Royal Hampshire Regiment motif*, in black, green, red and yellow, with the English rose surmounted by the golden tiger within a green and red wreath accented with the imperial crown.

The yellow and black Hampshire scroll is displayed within the wreath.

The surface of the posterior panels are embellished with hot enamelled panels reflecting the regimental colours, black, yellow, red, green and brown.

These vintage hallmarked military cufflinks in rose gold articulate via a five link connector chain.

The hallmarks to the reverse of each cufflink include the 9 ct fineness mark (375), Birmingham Assay Office mark (anchor), the date letter mark for 1953 (D) and the Queen's coronation mark (Queen's head).

NOTE* The Royal Hampshire Regiment was a British Army line infantry regiment from 1881 to 1992. Its lineage is continued today by the Princess of Wales's Royal Regiment.

These 1950s vintage military cufflinks are fine quality, set with hot enamel that is in perfect condition.

The cufflinks are a good gauge of gold and are in excellent condition, with clear full hallmarks.
