Description


This exceptional antique Dutch silver miniature spirit kettle has a pumpkin shaped form.


The panelled body of this toy* kettle is plain and unembellished.


This Dutch silver kettle is fitted with push fit cover and surmounted with an impressive lobed finial.


The cover is further encircled with tiered leaf designs in addition to a gadroon decorated border to the shaped rim.


This antique kettle is fitted with an impressive hinged, shaped handle accented with ribbed sockets in junction with the body.


The miniature spirit kettle is fitted with an impressive plain swept spout.


The exceptional kettle detaches from the original hallmarked stand comprised of a plain wirework frame surmounting a spiralling pedestal, all supported by four arched feet.


Larger toys of this style and quality are rare to the market.


The hallmark to the underside of this impressive miniature kettle denotes the purity as .835 standard silver (835/1000).
