Description


This fine vintage jade brooch has been crafted in 9 ct white gold with a platinum setting.


The jade brooch has a bar style form with a central pierced decorated elliptical design.


The brooch features an oval cut jade plaque, carved with a decorative foliate design, claw set in relief to the centre flanked by two, eight-cut diamonds displayed within a textured bifurcating frame.


This 1940’s brooch secures to the reverse with a hallmarked hinged pin and safety catch fastening.


The hallmarks struck to the reverse of the brooch include the 9 ct fineness mark (9ct) and the platinum hallmark (pt).


This vintage jade brooch is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card.


Condition


This jade brooch is fine quality, set with an impressive jade plaque and very high colour graded diamonds.

The brooch is a good gauge of gold and is in excellent condition with clear hallmarks.
