Pearl and 14 ct Yellow Gold Lapponia Necklace - Vintage 1979

Description

This fine and impressive Lapponia necklace ahs been crafted in 14 ct yellow gold with a 14 ct white gold setting.

The asymmetric, textured design has a figural ornamented to the upper border of the design, ornamented with a 7mm cultured pearl.

The rectangular lower border of the pendant has a plain and unembellished 14 ct white gold setting.

A single 5mm grey pearl drop suspends from the central portion of the design.

The pendant suspends from a 18.3" 14 ct yellow gold chain consisting of thirty long bar links via two integrated ring loops, securing with a curved clasp and hinged catch.

The necklace is hallmarked to the reverse of the pendant drop with common control mark, Finnish precious metal hallmark (crown within heart), Lapponia maker's mark, the 14 ct gold fineness mark (585),the date mark for 1979 (B8) and 'LAPPONIA'.
