Description


This exceptional, fine and impressive double Albert watch chain has been crafted in 9 ct yellow gold.


The graduated, rounded curb links that make up this long Albert chain are individually hallmarked with the 9 ct gold fineness marks '9' and '375'.


The central ring loop is hallmarked with the Birmingham Assay Office hallmark (anchor) and the date letter for 1920 (V).


The central link is ornamented with a T-bar, hallmarked with the 9 ct gold fineness mark and the maker's mark for 'B H Britton & Sons' (B&S).


This long double Albert watch chain is fitted to either end with a swivel clasp, hallmarked with the 9 ct gold fineness mark and the maker's mark for Fetter, Forbes & Co (FF&Co).
