Description


These fine vintage American sterling silver bon bon dishes have been realistically modelled in the form of ivy leaves.


This suite of three silver leaf dishes consists of two large dishes, with one slightly smaller, identical dish.


The plain surface of each dish is embellished with subtle embossed decoration replicating the natural details of the major veins.


The hallmarks struck to the underside of these collectable dishes include:

Maker's mark: Tiffany & Co. (directorship of John C. Moore II)

Silver quality/purity mark: sterling silver (.925, 925/1000)

Pattern number: 23159 (1943)

Condition


These antique silver leaf dishes are a good gauge of silver, excellent quality and in excellent presentation condition.

The American hallmarks struck to the underside of each dish are all very clear.
