This exceptional and versatile grapevine style brooch has been crafted in 21 ct yellow gold.

This impressive Victorian brooch features a collet set pear cabochon garnet surrounded by two frosted effect pierced decorated vine leaves with delicate tendrils set in subtle relief to the curvilinear pierced decorated frame.

The lower, slightly smaller pear cabochon garnet is collet set to a detachable articulated drop incorporating a gentle vine leaf design.

This exceptional antique garnet brooch secures to the reverse with a hinged pin and hook fastening.

The 1860's brooch is supplied with an independent gemstone grading report card.

This fine antique garnet brooch has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 21 ct gold.


This impressive brooch is fine quality, set with natural garnets.

The brooch is a very good gauge of gold and is in excellent condition.
