This fine sterling silver cruet set consists of a salt pot, pepper pot, mustard pot, toothpick /spoon holder and two spoons.

The pieces of this vintage silver cruet set are realistically modelled in the form of equestrian themed accessories.

The riding boot shaped mustard pot has a hinged cover embellished with a bright cut engraved crest of a sinister arm in armour embowed, holding in the hand an armoured leg embowed.

The pepper pot, also in riding boot form, has a screw fit cover with pierced 'pepper' holes in a pentafoil design.

Each component of this vintage silver cruet set is detachable from the horseshoe shaped frame, apart from the jockey cap salt which is fixed.

The two spoons have shaped terminals.

The frame is embellished with buckle designs and fitted with a spur decorated handle.

Date: 1996

The components of this condiment set are an exceptional gauge of silver, exceptional quality and in exceptional condition.

This cruet set has been professionally polished and is in presentation condition.

Full hallmarks to the surface of the base and part hallmarks to the cover of the boots, the cap and the spoons are all very clear.

Reflections in photographs may detract from the true representation of these examples of ornamental silverware.
