Description

This exceptional antique George V sterling silver photograph frame has a waisted form with a domed upper portion and rectangular internal window.

The surface of this large silver frame is plain and unembellished.

The sterling silver surface of the frame extends, paralleling the shape of the wooden back; this indicates the high quality of this frame.

This photograph frame is fitted with an oak wood back with hinged strut, secured with two silver swivel catches; the silver swivel catches are further implications of the quality of the piece.
