This fine antique George VI sterling silver salver has a plain circular shaped form.

The surface of the salver is plain and unembellished.

The raised border of this salver has applied moulded decoration to the shaped rim.

This fine example of antique silverware is supported by three hoof style feet.

The underside bears the retailer’s mark ‘J.R. Ogden & Sons Ltd, Harrogate & London’.

Date: 1937


This antique sterling silver salver is a very good gauge of silver, fine quality and in excellent presentation condition.

Full hallmarks struck to the underside of the salver are all very clear.

Reflections in photographs may detract from the true representation of this piece of antique silverware.
