Each piece of this antique bird tea set are an exceptional gauge of silver, exceptional quality and in exceptional condition.

The chased decoration is all very sharp.

Each component shows little sign of use indicated by the sharp decoration and condition of the handle covering; the bamboo covering often does not stand the test of time.

Full hallmarks struck to the surface of each piece and part hallmarks to the interior of the teapot cover are all very clear; the hallmarks are struck deeply due to the exceptional gauge of silver.

Reflections in photographs may detract from the true representation of this impressive example of antique silverware.
