Description


This fine antique Victorian sterling silver caddy spoon has a plain oval rounded bowl with a shaped rim.


The kings pattern shaped handle is ornamented with impressive bright cut engraved stylised leaf decoration accented with a scroll bordered vacant cartouche to the terminal.


The surface of the bowl and reverse of the spoon is plain and unembellished.


This impressive Victorian caddy spoon was crafted by the renowned silversmiths George Unite & Sons.

Condition


This antique sterling silver caddy spoon is a very good gauge of silver, fine quality and in exceptional presentation condition.

The bright cut decoration to this piece is very crisp.

Full hallmarks struck to the reverse of the handle are all very clear.


Reflections in photography may detract from the true representation of this piece of Victorian teaware.
