The pieces of this exceptional antique George V straight* sterling silver flatware set for six persons have been crafted in the Albany pattern, also known as the Queen Anne pattern.

The anterior and posterior surfaces of each piece features fluted decoration with a ball ornamentation to the terminal.

Each spoon and fork features further lobed decoration to the heel, reflecting the design to the handle terminal.

This cutlery set consists of 66 pieces:

This impressive Albany pattern flatware service benefits from the original, fine and impressive solid sterling silver fish service.

The pieces of this antique flatware set, including the original knives, have been crafted by the Birmingham silversmith Abrahams Brothers in 1930.

The original blade of each table and dessert knife bears the marks 'English Cutlery, Sheffield', in addition to 'Firth Stainless'.

This antique canteen of cutlery is supplied in felt cutlery rolls; which not only protect the items in storage but significantly reduce tarnishing.

* "Straight" means all the pieces are made by the same maker in the same year.

This antique Albany pattern flatware service is an exceptional gauge of silver, exceptional quality and in exceptional condition.

The service has been professionally polished and is in presentation condition.

Full hallmarks struck to the reverse of each piece are all very clear; the hallmarks are struck deeply due to the exceptional gauge of silver.
