The pieces of this fine, antique sterling silver flatware set for 12 persons have been crafted in King's Husk pattern*.

The anterior surface of each piece is embellished with the bright cut engraved crest displaying out of a coronet a demi-lion rampant.

This impressive Kings pattern cutlery canteen is supplied in felt cutlery rolls; which not only protect the items in storage but significantly reduces tarnishing.

* King's Husk pattern was first introduced within the Regency period and is a variation of the classic King's pattern; the alteration being a double struck husk shell motif to the terminal of the handle and reverse side of the bowl. This pattern is considered to be a highly desirable and sought after design.

The King's pattern ornamentation is very sharp.

Full hallmarks struck to the reverse of each piece are all very clear; the hallmarks are struck deeply due to the exceptional gauge of silver.
