The pieces of this impressive, antique straight* sterling silver canteen of cutlery for twelve persons have been crafted in the Windsor I pattern.
Each spoon and fork has a scalloped shaped handle terminal with a simplified paralleling border.
The bowls of the egg spoons retain the original gilding.

This impressive Mahogany boxed canteen of cutlery benefits from an impressive pair of fish servers, solid silver fish service in addition to a mother of pearl handled fruit service.
The fundamental components of this canteen were crafted by Akin Brothers in 1926; the components will have been crafted in the same year but due to the hallmarking system they bear the date letter 'h' and 'i'.
This impressive set features the original carving set fitted with composite handles and bearing the maker's mark 'Atkin Brothers, Truto Works, Sheffield, Stainless'.
The original composite handled table and dessert knives bear the maker's mark 'Atkin Brothers, Truto Works, Sheffield, Stainless' to the stainless steel blades.

This exceptional canteen of cutlery is fitted to the original and impressive mahogany wood, lift up lid and three drawer canteen box; this box is an exceptional standalone piece of furniture.
The upper portion of the box is embellished with an interlacing fretwork panel accented with a central escutcheon.
The drawers of the canteen box incorporate flame vaneer panels and are fitted with a decorative hinged handles and escutcheon, incorporating an escutcheon to the centre.
