The stainless steel blades of the original table and dessert knives bear the mark 'Viner's Ltd, Sheffield, Cutlers to H.M. The King' accented with the 'Stainless De-luxe'.

This impressive canteen of cutlery is fitted to the original, fine and impressive veneered walnut lift up lid and one draw Art Deco style canteen table; this is an impressive piece of furniture in its own right.

The table features an impressive and iconic Art Deco style tiered design to the underside and is fitted with brass handles to both the drawer and lid.

This exceptional cutlery table is supported by four plain simulated walnut legs.

This exceptional example of antique furniture retains the original fitted fully working locking mechanism and key.

Condition

This antique Sandringham pattern cutlery service is an exceptional gauge of silver, exceptional quality and in exceptional presentation condition.

The mother of pearl table and dessert knife handles feature a few slight abrasions.

The blade of one carving knife has wear in keeping with age and use.

The canteen table has been professionally polished by a cabinet maker and can be considered to be in presentation condition.

The original interior has minimal wear in keeping with age.

Full hallmarks struck to the reverse surface of each piece are all very clear; the hallmarks are struck deeply due to the exceptional gauge of silver.

Reflections in photographs may detract from the true representation of this fine and impressive canteen.
