This fine antique Victorian sterling silver coffee pot has a panelled baluster shaped form onto a plain spreading octagonal shaped foot.

Each panel of this impressive English silver coffee pot is embellished with paralleling bright cut engraved scrolling leaf decoration accented with floral festoons and suspended sprays.

The decoration to the body incorporates two cartouches, one remains vacant and the other is ornamented with a contemporary bright cut engraved initial 'H'.

The upper portion of the coffee pot is encompassed with an applied moulded border to the elevated shaped rim.

This Victorian silver coffee pot is fitted with a hallmarked hinged domed panelled cover ornamented with further bright cut engraved alternating leaf motifs and borders.

The cover retains the impressive original hallmarked sterling silver tied finial, encircled with bright cut engraved petal designs.

This example of antique teaware is fitted with a fine and impressive angular handle with a plain thumbpiece ornamented with a bright cut engraved leaf design.

The impressive swan necked spout is ornamented with further paralleling bright cut engraved leaf designs in addition to an applied design to the lip and a large shaped socket.

This impressive antique coffee pot was crafted by the collectable and renowned London silversmiths Edward & John Barnard.

This antique Victorian English silver coffee pot is a very good gauge of silver, excellent quality and in excellent condition.

The interior of the coffee pot has been professionally cleaned and is ready for use.

The bright cut engraved decoration is very crisp.

Full hallmarks struck to the underside of the coffee pot, in addition to the part hallmarks to the finial and interior cover are all very clear.

Reflections in photographs may detract from the true representation of this piece of Victorian silverware.
