This magnificent antique Georgian sterling silver cream jug has a circular rounded form onto a pedestal with a circular spreading foot.

The surface of the body is encircled with a plain girdle below a contemporary bright cut engraved crest of out of a mural crown a dragon's head, all above a crescent.

The upper portion of the body is encircled with a cast and applied gadroon decorated border accented with alternating foliate motifs.

This exceptional example of antique teaware is embellished with an applied egg and dart decorated border to the upper rim.

This exceptional George III silver cream jug is fitted with an exceptional cast looping snake decorated sterling silver handle, accented with a bifurcating upper terminal; this handle is a very fine and impressive feature of the piece.

The impressive cast silver spout is ornamented with a palmette style motif to the upper surface, in addition to a large leaf design to the lower portion.

The cast circular spreading foot is embellished with a fluted border.

This antique cream jug retains the original gilt interior.

This impressive example of antique silverware was crafted by the renowned and collectable London silversmith Paul Storr.

This antique Georgian sterling silver cream jug is a magnificent gauge of silver, exceptional quality and in exceptional presentation condition.

The cast decoration is all very sharp and the bright cut engraved crest is very crisp.

Full hallmarks struck to the surface of the rim of the foot are all very clear.

Reflections in photographs may detract from the true representation of this example of Georgian silverware.
