Condition

This antique dressing table set is a very good gauge of silver, fine quality and in excellent condition, in keeping with age.

This set has been professionally polished and is in presentation condition.

There is a band of staining to the outer rim of the hand mirror.

The horse hair bristles to the brushes are in very good condition.

The tortoiseshell comb has two teeth missing.

There is a small chip to the rim of one clothes brush; this does not detract from the aesthetically pleasing appearance of the piece.

The box is in very good condition in keeping with age, however the buttons to secure the cover are missing.

Despite these small deficient areas, this set is a very good example of its type, and in excellent condition overall, in keeping with age.

Full hallmarks struck to the surface of each piece are all very clear.

Reflections in photographs may detract from the true representation of these pieces of antique silverware.
