The handle is embellished with a contemporary bright cut engraved crest of an elk's head above the initials 'CWO'*.

The handle of this silver fish slice is fitted with a sprung hinged secondary handle with a plain thumbpiece.

Each shaped blade is embellished with a paralleling tooled border, in addition to impressive shaped pierced organic designs to the centre.
