This antique boxed sterling silver goblet is an exceptional gauge of silver, exceptional quality and in exceptional condition.

The bright cut engraved decoration is very crisp and the bead decoration is very sharp.

The interior of the original box shows wear as to be expected with age and use, however the exterior of the box is in presentation condition.

Full hallmarks struck to the surface of the goblet and part hallmarks to the underside of the foot are all very clear; the maker's mark has worn and is illegible.

Reflections in photographs may detract from the true representation of this example of Victorian silverware.
