These exceptional antique George III sterling silver grape shears have a hinged scissor action.


The cast shaped handles feature panels of tiered stepped decoration accented with swept scrolling terminals.


The hinged portion of these fine grape shears are surmounted with a simplified rosette motif.


The blades of these fine grape shears are plain and unembellished.


These early original examples of grape shears in such an exceptional condition are becoming increasingly scarce to locate.
