This exceptional antique George V sterling silver photograph frame has a shaped rectangular form.

The upper portion of this antique photograph frame is embellished fine and impressive embossed scrolling leaf bordered trellis decoration incorporating a central convex oval vacant cartouche.

The shaped lower portion of the frame is ornamented with embossed opposing scroll designs with scrolling leaf terminals accented with floral designs and suspended bud swags.

This impressive antique frame retains the original velvet back and hinged strut, securing with two swivel catches.

This fine George V piece is inset with a removable glass panel in addition to the original two tiered internal mounts and photograph.

This antique photograph frame is a very good gauge of silver, very good quality and in excellent condition.

The velvet covering to the back of the frame is in excellent condition in keeping with age.

Full hallmarks struck to the surface of the frame are all very clear.
