This exceptional antique Edwardian sterling silver cup has a plain circular bell shaped form to a knopped pedestal onto a hexafoil spreading foot.
The surface of the body is embellished with impressive chased decorated floral spray designs emanating from large conjoined scrolling leaf ornamentation accented with convex oval motifs.
The ornamentation to either side of the body incorporates a chased leaf bordered vacant cartouche.
The upper rim is encompassed with an applied moulded border.
The plain circular tapering pedestal features a circular rounded knop.
The foot is encircled with further chased scroll and floral decoration below six inverted tear designs, all above an applied moulded border to the shaped incurved rim.
