Description


This exceptional antique George V English silver salver, in sterling standard, has a square shaped form onto four feet.


The surface of this antique silver salver is embellished with a band of flat engraved trellis ornmentation accented with an impressive lozenge and leaf design to each edge and a scroll bordered cartouche to each corner, all in the classic early Georgian style.


The fine and impressive raised Chippendale style border is encompassed with applied moulded decoration to the rim.


This impressive salver is supported by four impressive volute scrolling leaf decorated feet.

This antique English silver salver is an exceptional gauge of silver, exceptional quality and in exceptional condition.

The salver has been professionally polished and is in presentation condition.

Full hallmarks struck to the underside of the salver are all very clear.
