This exceptional antique Victorian sterling silver teapot has a circular compressed rounded form.

The body of this English silver teapot is plain and unembellished.

This Victorian teapot is fitted with a hallmarked domed hinged cover and retains the original, fine and impressive hallmarked sterling silver chased decorated floral and foliate finial.

This impressive teapot is fitted with an impressive hallmarked C shaped handle featuring a scrolling thumbpiece and lower terminal.

The teapot is has an impressive swan necked spout ornamented with a chased leaf textures to the shaped socket in addition to a large leaf design to the underside.

The teapot is supported by four scrolling leaf decorated bracket style feet.

This antique English silver teapot is an exceptional gauge of silver, exceptional quality and in exceptional condition.

The interior of the teapot has been professionally cleaned and is ready for use.

The chased decoration is very sharp.

Full hallmarks struck to the underside of the teapot, and part hallmarks to the finial and interior of the cover are all very clear.

Reflections in photographs may detract from the true representation of this fine example of Victorian silverware.
