Description


These exceptional pair of antique Edwardian sterling silver napkin rings have a circular form.


The body of these unusual napkin rings are comprised of three circular bands conjoined with applied alternating simplified tennis balls.


The anterior of each piece is embellished with two cast and applied diagonally crossed tennis rackets.

Condition


These unusual napkin rings are an exceptional gauge of silver, exceptional quality and in excellent presentation condition in keeping with age.

There is some surface patination, in keeping with age.

Full hallmarks struck to the surface are all very clear; the hallmarks are struck deeply due to the exceptional gauge of silver.


Reflections in photographs may detract from the true representation of this example of Edwardian silverware.
