This stunning, fine and impressive antique Victorian diamond pendant necklace has been crafted in 12ct yellow gold with a silver setting.
The pierced decorated, scrolling setting is ornamented with a stunning 1.10ct Old European cut diamond, displayed in relief to the centre of the design.
The principal stone is encircled with nine impressive claw set Old European cut diamonds, composing a cluster design.
This central cluster setting is encompassed with opposing scroll wirework decoration incorporating an individually collet set Old European cut diamond to each of the twelve terminals.
The aforementioned scrolling decoration is segmented into arrays of four by three simple rectangular motifs, each ornamented with a pair of Old European cut diamonds.
The setting is further embellished with three stunning Old European cut diamonds evenly set to the outer border, certified as 0.45ct, 0.50ct and 0.65ct.
These stunning stones are conjoined with an array of bar designs each displaying three claw set Old European cut diamonds, in addition to three pairs of individually claw set diamonds.
The pendant suspends from a contemporary 18ct yellow gold 45.72cm/18" trace chain via a linear bale to the upper border, accented with a further six pavé set Old European round cut diamonds.
The side of the bale and ring loop to the reverse of the pendant setting bears the hallmark for the maker 'FK'.
This stunning antique pendant has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 12 carat gold and silver.
This large Victorian diamond pendant is supplied with four IDGL diamond grading certificates for the largest feature diamonds, in addition to an IDGL diamond grading report card for the supporting stones.
