This stunning, fine and impressive antique Victorian pearl pendant/brooch has been crafted in 15ct yellow gold with a platinum setting.
The bar is ornamented to the centre with a segmented platinum cluster design setting, ornamented with a feature 5.11ct button shaped natural saltwater pearl to the centre.
The feature pearl is encircled with eight stunning protruding individually claw-set Old European cut diamonds, alternating in size with the four largest stones to the cardinal points.
The brooch/pendant is further embellished with an impressive claw set Old European to each terminal of the bar.
This antique brooch secures to the reverse with a hinged pin and clasp fastening.
This brooch may also be securely worn as a pearl pendant, suspended from a contemporary 18 ct yellow gold 45.72cm/18" curb chain via the hinged fastening; the piece could be converted to solely be a pendant upon request.
This antique pearl and diamond pendant has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 15ct gold and platinum.
This impressive pendant brooch is supplied with four independent diamond grading report certificates for the feature stones, in addition to an independent diamond grading report card for the supporting stones and a pearl report certificate from Deutsche Stiftung Edelsteinforschung (DSEF) German Gem Lab*.
NOTE: * This documentation accredits the gemstone to be a natural saltwater pearl.
