This exceptional antique Victorian sterling silver coffee pot has a baluster shaped form onto a circular spreading foot.
The surface of this fine antique coffee pot is embellished with bands of chased decorated circular diaper work, incorporating a circular vacant cartouche to one side.
The body is further ornamented with two bands of applied bead decoration.
This fine and unusual coffee pot is fitted with a hinged hallmarked cover embellished with chased decorated circular motifs identical to that of the body.
The cover retains the original sterling silver urn shaped hallmarked finial encircled with a band of bead decoration; the finial secures to the interior of the cover with the original screw fitment.
