This ladys antique silver mug is fitted with an impressive tooled decorated S scroll handle.

Such small Georgian tankards are becoming increasingly difficult to locate; period tankards of this size would have been crafted for a lady.

* Patination or Patina is a subtle colouration or tarnish which forms on the surface of some metals, produced by oxidation or other chemical processes. A good patina proffers an aesthetically pleasing look.
