The substantial ring is ornamented with a feature 2.48 ct cabochon cut hessonite garnet.
The impressive garnet is encompassed with twelve white gold claw set modern brilliant round cut diamonds, totalling 1.02ct.
The stranded setting blends seamlessly with the plain hallmarked ring shank.
The ring is hallmarked to the interior of the shank with the country mark (ITALY) and the mark for 18 ct gold (18K).
This vintage garnet cocktail ring is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card.
NOTE: * Bombé (English: bomb) denotes the rounded curved bomb-shaped of the design style. Whilst the style was popularised in the Edwardian period, each following decade has provided their own adaptations and unique variations to the curving three-dimensional settings.
