The anterior surface is embellished with a fine central oval enamel design depicting a luxurious early-twentieth century touring car, with a driver and two passengers; the vehicle is displayed on a road within a simplified rural scene.
The posterior surface of this antique vesta case is plain and unembellished.
This fine sterling silver vesta case has a hinged hallmarked cover which incorporates a plain thumbpiece to the anterior edge and is surmounted with a hallmarked ring loop attachment.
There is an integrated serrated panel/match striker to the underside.
