This stunning vintage ruby ring has been crafted in platinum.
The substantial, pierced decorated, design is ornamented with an impressive feature 1.70ct cushion cut Siam ruby, four-claw set in subtle relief to the centre of the design.
The feature ruby is flanked on either side with impressive four-claw set transitional modern brilliant round cut diamonds, totaling 2.07 carats.
The ring is further ornamented with eight baguette cut diamonds, paralleling the upper and lower borders of the stepped central design.
The stepped shoulders integrate with the main setting and are embellished with six baguette cut and sixteen eight-cut diamonds.
This certified ruby ring with diamonds is hallmarked to the interior surface of the shank with the platinum fineness mark (PT950) and the maker's mark (EM).
The Siam ruby ring is supplied with two independent diamond grading report certificates for the principal diamonds, a ruby report card and certificate supplied by the Gemmological Certification Services, London*, in addition to a diamond grading report card for the supporting diamonds.
NOTE: * This documentation accredits the ruby originating in Thailand (Siam) and certifies that the gemstone shows no indications of heating; non-heated rubies are a scarcity.
