An exceptional, fine and impressive pair of antique Victorian English sterling silver fiddle pattern salad servers made by George Adams; an addition to our silver flatware collection

These exceptional antique Victorian sterling silver salad servers have been crafted in the fiddle pattern.


The spoon has a plain rounded bowl and the fork has six tines.


The anterior surface of each terminal is embellished with the engraved initials 'W.C F'.


The reverse surface of the serving fork and spoon incorporates a pip to the terminal, in addition to a rounded heel to the bowl/drop.


These exceptional sterling silver salad servers were made by the renowned London silversmith George Adams of Chawner & Co.

These sterling silver salad servers are an exceptional gauge of silver, exceptional quality and in exceptional condition.

Full British hallmarks struck to the reverse of each piece are very clear; the hallmarks are deeply struck due to the exceptional gauge of silver.
