The plain cylindrical capitals of these exceptional examples of antique 1890s silverware are fitted with fixed square sconces ornamented with a simplistic lobed design to the rim.
The capitals are supported by impressive Aztec totem pole style columns, embellished with chased decorated offset cuboid segments.
The lower portion of the cuboid column is plain and unembellished.
The swept square foot of each candlestick is further embellished with chased stylised gadroon decoration.
