A fine and impressive antique 1.95 carat chrysoprase and 0.14 carat diamond, 15 carat yellow gold dragonfly brooch; part of our antique dragonfly jewellery collections

This fine and impressive antique brooch has been crafted in 15ct yellow gold.


The brooch has been modelled in the form of a dragonfly.


The body of the dragonfly is ornamented with seven impressive cabochon mixed cut chrysoprases.


The head of this impressive flying insect brooch is further embellished with two collet set Old European round cut diamonds representing the eyes, totalling 0.14 carats.


The wings of the dragonfly are ornamented with four individually collet set cabochon mixed cut chrysoprases.


This Edwardian brooch secures to the reverse with a hinged pin and sheath fastening.


This chrysoprase dragonfly brooch in gold has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 15 carat gold.


This impressive insect brooch is supplied with an IDGL diamond and gemstone grading report card.
