A feature pearl is displayed in isolation to the centre of the crescent encircled by eight Old European and Dutch cut diamonds set within the eight petal flower design.
The brooch is further ornamented with a six claw set natural ruby and a five claw set Old European diamond, displayed at either 9ct yellow gold terminal.
This impressive example of antique jewellery secures to the reverse with a hinged pin and safety catch fastening.
The brooch is supplied with an IDGL diamond grading report card.
This 1890s brooch has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 9ct gold.
