This stunning, fine and impressive vintage ring has been crafted in 18ct white gold with an 18ct yellow gold setting.
The pierced decorated cluster design is ornamented with a stunning and significant feature 3.48ct cushion cut Madagascar blue sapphire, yellow gold claw set in relief to the centre of the arrangement.
The sapphire is flanked on either side by two impressive splayed claw-set impressive baguette cut diamonds.
The upper and lower borders of the design are embellished with a total of eight individually claw set modern brilliant round cut diamonds.
The bifurcating ring shoulders are each further ornamented with an individually claw set modern brilliant round cut diamond, integrating with the main setting and blending seamlessly with the ring shank, featuring a sizing bar to the lower portion; this allows the ring to pass over larger knuckles and sit securely on the finger, however can be professionally removed upon request.
This vintage Madagascar blue sapphire ring is hallmarked to the outer surface of the shank with the French mark for 18ct gold (eagle's head) and the maker's mark.
The ring is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card for the diamonds, in addition to a sapphire report certificate from The Gem and Pearl Laboratory Limited, 43 Kirby Street, London*.
