Ruby and 18 ct Yellow Gold 'Horse' Brooch - Vintage Circa 1960

Description

This exceptional, fine and impressive vintage brooch has been crafted in 18 ct yellow gold in the form of a realistic galloping horse.

The body of the horse has a realistic textured finish.

A single collet set round cut natural ruby represents the horse's eye.

The brooch is hallmarked to the reverse with maker's mark '319 AL' and the 18 ct gold fineness mark (750).

This impressive 1960s brooch secures to the reverse with a hinged pin hallmarked with the 18 ct gold fineness mark (0750) and fitted with safety clasp.

This vintage gold horse brooch is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card.
