Description

This fine and impressive vintage ruby ring has been crafted in 18 ct yellow gold with an 18 ct white gold setting.

The pierced decorated frame displays a fine and impressive antique 1.05 ct Old European round cut diamond (circa 1900), claw set in subtle relief to the centre of the vintage (1979) setting.

The feature diamond is flanked on either side with two marquise cut natural rubies, held horizontally on a twist within feature two claw 18 ct white gold settings.

The tapering, swept ring shoulders blend seamlessly with the plain 18ct yellow gold.

The interior of the shank is clearly hallmarked with the 18 ct mark (750), maker's mark 'DG'and date letter for 1979 (E.)

This unusual ruby and diamond ring is supplied with an independent diamond certificate for the feature diamond in addition to the independent diamond grading report card illustrated.

Images do not always reflect the true colour and brilliance of gemstones and diamonds. The video however provides a truer representation of the actual colour and showcases each stone.
