Hardstone and Seed Pearl, 18 ct Yellow Gold Cameo Pendant - Antique Circa 1880

Description

This fine and impressive antique cameo pendant has been crafted in 18 ct yellow gold.

The carved hardstone cameo depicts a classical lady's profile, with her hair upswept in a ribbon.

The carved cameo is displayed within an oval shaped plain and unembellished frame.

The central setting is encircled by a pierced decorated paired leaf design accented with nine seed pearls individually displayed between the leaf motifs.

The design is completed with a feature articulated, pearl ornamented, paired leaf drop.

The antique pendant is suspended from a contemporary 45.72cm/18" 18 ct yellow gold trace chain via an integrated ring loop attachment to the upper border.

The chain may be replaced with a chain of the same quality, in a style or length to meet your personal requirements.

The chain secures with a conventional ring bolt fastening.

This 1880s cameo pendant has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 18 ct gold.
