These vintage masonic cufflinks have been crafted in 9 ct rose gold.
The vintage masonic cufflinks have an oval form.
The anterior panels ornamented with blue enamel are accented with iconic Freemasons symbols of the square and compass* in gold.
The posterior panels are plain and unembellished.
All the links have subtly rounded rims.
These vintage 1970's hallmarked cufflinks articulate via a five link chain to the reverse.
The hallmarks struck to the reverse of each cufflink include the gold guarantee mark (crown), Birmingham Assay Office mark (anchor), 9 ct fineness mark (375) and the date letter mark for 1975 (A).
"The Compass, as the Symbol of the Heavens, represents the spiritual portion of this double nature of Humanity and the Square, as the Symbol of the Earth, its material, sensual, and baser portion."
