Description

This stunning example of antique emerald and diamond brooch has been crafted in platinum.

The pierced decorated frame features an impressive 1.98ct step cut natural emerald flanked on either side by a baguette cut diamond to the centre of the brooch.

The pierced decorated Art Deco style, geometric design is further embellished with a combination of one hundred and eighty-six claw set, Old European cut and eight-cut, well colour matched diamonds.

These diamonds are graduating in size, dependant on position within the rope twist style border and geometric body of this fine example of authentic Art Deco jewellery.

The brooch secures to the reverse with a hinged pin and clasp.

This antique brooch is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card.

This stunning brooch has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as platinum.

"Rather than regarding inclusions in coloured stones as harmful, in small sizes and numbers that do not in any way detract from their beauty, they should be regarded as adding to desirability, for they provide identifying characteristics."
