This impressive antique diamond ring is displayed in a sympathetic contemporary platinum setting.

The 2.20 carat Old European round cut diamond is held in a contemporary, antique style six claw pierced decorated, elevated basket style setting accented with subtle quatrefoil designs.

Due to the cut and relative dimensions, this impressive 2.20 carat Old European round cut diamond takes on the appearance of an equivalent 2.50 carat diamond.

The elevated pierced decorated tapering shoulders blend seamlessly with the plain platinum shank.

Hallmarks to the interior of the ring shank include the platinum mark (950), maker's mark 'DOM' and the Birmingham Assay office hallmark (anchor).

This antique diamond solitaire ring is supplied with an independent diamond grading certificate.

This antique ring is fine quality, set with an old cut diamond.

The hallmarks struck to the interior of the shank are clear.

Reflections in photographs may detract from the true representation of this item.
