Description


This very good antique sapphire ring has been crafted in 18 ct yellow gold.


The multi-claw frame features five natural blue sapphires displayed alternately between five Old European cut diamonds, claw set within two horizontal rows.


The flared ring shoulders are ornamented with a simple ribbed design at the junction with the plain hallmarked 18 ct yellow gold shank.


The hallmarks to the interior of the shank include the Birmingham Assay Office mark (anchor), date letter for 1900 (a),the 18ct hallmark (18), the gold guarantee mark (crown) and some maker's marks (H&S).


This antique ring is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card.

This antique ring is fine quality, set with impressive natural blue sapphires and very high colour graded old cut diamonds.

The ring is a very good gauge of gold and is in excellent condition with clear hallmarks to the interior of the shank.
