0.83ct Diamond and 18ct Yellow Gold Twist Ring - Antique Circa 1920

This fine and impressive antique diamond ring has been crafted in 18ct yellow gold with a silver setting.

The twist design is ornamented with a feature 0.68ct Old European round cut diamonds, eight claw set in relief to a pierced decorated basket style setting, displayed diagonally.

The millegrain decorated twist design is embellished with a further six Old European round cut diamonds, pave set in silver.

The elevated, subtly flared ring shoulders integrate with the twist design and meld seamlessly with the plain 18ct yellow gold ring shank.

The ring is hallmarked to the interior of the shank with the mark for 18ct gold (18CT).

The setting of this antique diamond twist ring has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as silver.

The ring is supplied with an IDGL diamond grading report certificate for the feature diamond in addition to an IDGL diamond grading report card for the supporting stones.

This antique 1920's dress ring is fine quality set with very high colour graded old cut diamonds.

The feature diamond has a slight loss to the girdle, this being visible under the magnification of a jeweller's loupe, and has been priced accordingly.

The ring is a very good gauge of gold and is in excellent condition with a clear hallmark to the interior of the shank.
