This exceptional and rare antique Victorian sterling silver mustard pot has been realistically modelled in the form of a drum.


The cylindrical body is embellished with cast and applied rope twist decoration accented with impressive belt strap designs, reproducing the details of the tension rods.


The upper rim/counterhoop and base of the mustard pot are encompassed with applied moulded borders.


This impressive Victorian silver mustard pot retains the original hallmarked hinged drum head cover and is surmounted with an exceptional sterling silver finial modelled in the form of a pair of crossed drumsticks.


This novelty antique mustard pot is fitted with a cast silver rounded shaped handle, replicates the details of a drum strap, incorporating the buckle as a scrolling thumbpiece.


This Victorian mustard pot is fitted with a cylindrical clear glass liner, featuring a star cut ornamentation to the underside.


This exceptional mustard pot was crafted by the renowned silversmiths Charles Thomas Fox & George Fox.


This rare silver mustard pot is supplied with an associated hallmarked English sterling silver spoon.


Such examples are becoming increasingly difficult to locate.
