2.50ct Ruby and 0.42ct Diamond, 18ct Yellow and White Gold Brooch - Antique Circa 1900

This stunning, fine and impressive antique ruby brooch has been crafted in 18ct yellow gold with 18ct white gold settings.

The gold brooch is ornamented to one end with three yellow gold collet set oval faceted cut rubies, totalling 2.50cts.

The feature rubies are surmounted with three individually white gold collet set Old European round cut diamonds.

The central ruby setting is further embellished with a collet set diamond to the nadir, displayed to the apex of the scrolling, tapering brooch design.

The bifurcating brooch features a white gold collar design ornamented with three pavé set Old European cut diamonds.

The brooch secures to the reverse with a hinged pin and clasp.
